A: For standard custom boxes, the MOQ is 499 units. For oversized collapsible rigid boxes, we offer a lower MOQ of 100 units.

Q: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

A: Yes. We can provide free existing samples (you only pay for shipping). If you require a custom sample with your specific design, a sampling fee will apply.

Q: Is the sample fee refundable?

A: Yes. If your bulk order amount exceeds $10,000, we will refund the full sample fee.

Q: What file formats do I need to provide for printing?

A: We accept .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .JPEG, and .PNG formats. To ensure the highest quality results, vector files (.AI or .PDF) are highly preferred.

Q: What types of finishes and effects can I add to my boxes?

A: We offer a full range of luxury finishes, including Full-Color Offset Printing, Foil Stamping (Gold/Silver), Spot UV, and Embossing/Debossing.

Q: How long does it take to get a custom sample?

A: Typically, once the design is confirmed, physical samples are completed within 3-5 business days.

Q: What is your production capacity for large orders?

A: We operate 11+ automated lines with a daily capacity of 63,000+ units for folding boxes and 30,000+ for lid-and-base boxes, ensuring fast turnaround for high-volume demands.

Q: How do you ensure the quality of the mass production?

A: We follow ISO-9001 standards. Every batch undergoes a 100% manual inspection before packing to ensure sharp corners, clean printing, and strong magnetic closures.

Q: Can I get updates on my order status during production?

A: Yes, we provide regular updates. Once the goods are ready for shipment, we will provide tracking numbers and shipping documentation.

Q: Are your materials eco-friendly?

A: Yes, we are FSC-certified. We use recyclable greyboard, soy-based inks, and eco-friendly adhesives to meet international environmental standards.

4. Shipping & Logistics

Q: How do your collapsible boxes save on shipping costs?

A: Our folding rigid boxes are shipped flat, reducing the shipping volume by 75% to 90%. This allows you to save significantly on international freight and warehousing fees.

Q: What shipping methods do you offer?

A: We offer Sea Freight, Air Freight, Rail Freight, and Express Courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS), depending on your timeline and destination.

Q: What is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)?

A: DDP is a “Hassle-Free” door-to-door service. We handle everything, including shipping, customs clearance, and all duties/taxes, delivering the boxes directly to your warehouse.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after the order is placed?

A: You can change it anytime before the goods leave our factory. Once the goods reach the logistics hub, changing the address may incur a modification fee.

5. After-Sales & Service Guarantee

Q: What happens if my shipment is lost during transit?

A: If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will re-produce and resend the order or provide a refund based on the value of the missing items.

Q: What is your policy on manufacturing defects?

A: We value long-term partnerships. If any products are found with manufacturing defects (excluding shipping damage), we offer free remakes or credits on your next order.

Q: Do you support Incoterms like EXW or FOB?

A: Yes. We are flexible and can work with your preferred logistics setup, whether you use your own forwarder (EXW/FOB) or need us to handle everything (DDP).

Q: How do you protect the boxes from damage during long-distance sea shipping?

A: We use reinforced export cartons and palletize shipments to minimize movement. For oversized boxes, we use heavy-duty industrial-grade greyboard to ensure structural integrity.

Q: Can I re-order the same design easily in the future?

A: Yes, we keep your digital files and structural molds on file for 1 years, making re-ordering quick, easy, and consistent in quality.
