3.Embossing & Debossing
3.1 Embossing (Raised)
Raises the logo design above the surface. Because this is performed on the face paper before mounting to the greyboard, we can achieve perfect registration (alignment) with printed logos
3.2 Blind Debossing (Recessed): Presses the design into the paper
Technical Constraint: Debossing occurs after the paper is mounted to the rigid board. Due to a standard 1-2mm mounting tolerance (manual or machine), it is technically impossible to perfectly align debossing with a printed logo. Thus, we exclusively recommend Blind Debossing (no ink) for a clean, sophisticated look.

4.1 Blind Spot UV
Mastering the Contrast Transparent Spot UV is typically applied to matte laminated surfaces, especially on dark or black paper, creating a subtle “peek-a-boo” logo through the contrast of gloss varnish against a matte background.
