We commit to the following:

  • Non-Disclosure: All technical drawings, custom die-lines, and branding assets provided by the client will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without prior written consent.
  • Production Rights: ZY Pack retains the right to display generic product photos for portfolio purposes unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place for bespoke luxury projects.

Technical Specifications & Manufacturing Tolerances

Manufacturing Tolerances & Color Accuracy Given the nature of custom printing and high-end rigid box manufacturing, users and clients agree to the following industry-standard tolerances:

  • Color Variance: While we strive for perfection, a slight deviation in color may occur due to the CMYK printing process, paper stock absorption, or lamination finishes. We recommend Pantone matching for critical brand colors.
  • Size Tolerance: For custom rigid boxes, especially our MAX 75cm collapsible series, a dimensional tolerance of ±1-2mm is considered acceptable within international packaging standards due to the manual assembly of high-density greyboards.
  • Material Consistency: Minor variations in paper texture or “V-cut” sharpness may occur between different production batches, though we maintain strict ISO 9001 quality control.

Limitations
